  My experience with Aero Auctions was fantastic. I found their commission structure much more advantageous than the other auction companies. My salesperson Kelly Arbour was very easy to deal with and his knowledge of the equipment is second to none. He went above and beyond and followed up with us after the sale to make sure we were completely happy with everything. I will definitely use them again and would recommend Kelly to everyone.

  worst service ever had them come out and look at some auction items for me and they strung me along for over 2 months saying they were trying to get a quote. after that they stopped answering my calls or even replying to texts. tried talking to management all the way up and cant even get an answer. very unprofessional why not at least tell me they cant sell my item or don't have the resources to do it not just string it along.
